DELIVERY & SHIPPING TERMS

Shipping Policy

  1. Wizefood.com can only send orders to street addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
  2. We are unable to ship to international addresses at this moment.
  3. At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel, or to allow our service provider to snap a picture of your house number as a proof of delivery
  4. By signing, or by allowing the service provider to snap a picture of your house number, you agree that you have inspected the packing of the parcel and have ensured that the seal is not damaged.
  5. Please check through the contents of the parcel, if you have found that the seal is broken, you may refuse to sign for the received products.
  6. If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please contact our customer service team to schedule a new delivery.
  7. Should the order still be unable to be successfully delivered to you after 1 attempt, the order may be forfeited and we will not refund you any amount that you had spent on your order.
  8. We deliver all orders using foil bags and do not provide any special packaging at this moment.
  9. We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place each order separately for each unique address.

 

Delivery Lead Time

  1. Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our fulfilment centre within 3-5 business day(s) if they are placed before 12noon, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  2. Orders placed on Friday after 12noon and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, excluding public holidays.

 

Sale / Promotional Periods

  1. During peak sale / promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead times due to surges in online order volumes.
  2. It is advised to place your order 2 weeks in advance for festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, and etc.

  1. There will be STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.
  2. We strive to deliver your purchased items within the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our appointed logistics partner (ColdXpress Sdn. Bhd.) from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. (There are possibilities that our logistics partner delivers during weekends, they will contact you before arrival.)

 

FREE Shipping On Orders Above RM60

  • Free Shipping is applied automatically during checkout for all qualifying orders
  • To enjoy free shipping while shopping online with us, you need to place an order with merchandise worth over RM60 and above
  • Applicable for orders delivery within Klang Valley only
  • Free shipping is applicable for standard shipping
  • Not applicable for shipping changes including change of address, or divert your parcel to another location / new address
  • Free shipping is not a promotion; therefore, it is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit for any other purchases
