Return And Exchange Policy

WRIZERFOOD RETURN AND/ OR EXCHANGE POLICY

Grounds for Return and / or Exchange

1. Changing your mind is not an applicable reason for the return and / or exchange.

 2. We only accept returning and / or exchanging for the conditions stated below:

   - Wrong item(s) was delivered

   - Item(s) was expired

   - Item(s) showed signs of spoilage, such as:

      > change in color

      > change in texture

      > unpleasant odor

      > undesirable taste

3. The product out of shape will not be treated as defective / spoilt since our products are required to be kept frozen at -18°C or below. You must store our products in the freezer as soon as you receive your parcel.

 

Request for Return and / or Exchange

1. You shall initiate the Request for Return and / or Exchange by communicating with our Customer Service Team at: 019-238 6668 or email us at: enquiry@wrizerfood.com within 24 hours upon receiving your order.

2. We recommend you to inspect and verify the items / contents of the parcel as soon as you receive your order.

3. No request will be entertained after 24 hours from the time of receipt of the items.

4. We will only process your Request after we received the followings from you:

   - Your email

   - Photos of the relevant item(s) and the free gifts contained in the delivery box / parcel (if any)

   - Photos of a noted consignment or a screenshot of the SMS from our logistics

   - Receipt of your purchase

5. To speed up the process of return and / or exchange, kindly ensure that the quality of photos submitted are clear.

6. We will review each Request on a case-to-case basis and it is up to Wrizerfood's discretion whether the Request is successful or not.

7. If your Request is approved, we will have the replacement item sent back to you.

 

Exchange

1. Exchange is only available for the replacement of the same item.

2. If the replacement item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you the estimated timeline to send out the replacement of the same item.

3. Our Customer Service Team will contact or email you again prior to sending out the replacement item to you.

     

    Refund

    1. We apologize that we do not have refund policy at the moment.

    2. We will replace a new piece for any defective / expired item that you might receive from us.

     

    Others

    1. This Return and Exchange Policy may be varied from time to time without assigning any reason and notice. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon updated on this Website.

    2. You may contact us via phone, email us or fill up the e-form at Contact Us should there be any further queries.
